I had the pleasure of having one of my patients in the care of White Oak Hospice recently. The communication was perfect from before the start of care to after the death. I was notified with condolences as soon as the patient passed and the team contacted me with updates frequently - which I realize is a step that is above and beyond. I am always impressed with hospice services in the Treasure Valley, but I feel that this circumstance could not have gone any better for all involved. I have sincere appreciation for walking my patient home for me.

I was so impressed by the care provided by White Oak Hospice that I can not say enough good things about them. My mother was not the easiest patient to handle but they cared for her without hesitation. When it became apparent that my mother could no longer stay in her own home, Trudy helped find a facility for her to move into and then continued to provide excellent care for her there. Trudy and her staff kept us updated with any changes in her condition and have checked on us frequently after my mother passed. I am so glad White Oak Hospice is available to those who need it.

They are simply amazing!!!! They brought out their therapy miniature horses for my residents to enjoy and love on. After they left, my residents were smiling, and cannot stop talking about the horses.

Had two other hospice companies before White Oak. Did not know the bar was so low on the others until White Oak showed me how it is supposed to be done. Would highly recommend to anyone!!

White Oak Hospice recently took care of my father who has since passed. The services provided were absolutely incredible. White Oak personnel (health care givers) were professional, attentive, and compassionate!!! The owner was available to me and my family 24 hours a day with responsive answers and actions. The White Oak RN and CNA (Bath Aide) are special individuals who truly care about their patients. My family is so thankful that White Oak Hospice took care of my father. They truly are the best!

This team of servants were like family to us only husbands last weeks . They were available when ever we needed rhem night and day From the owner Trudy to those who came twice a week to bath him to the Chaplin we were surrounded with live and care from the first day to the last I can not say enough to do this group justice.
